Our classes

Barefoot yoga classes combine Patanjali’s Ashtanga or 8 Limbed Approach with other valued traditions of yoga into a blend of Hatha Vinyasa (Yoga Flow).

In the event of bad weather, classes will be cancelled and all booked parties advised.

Power Flow: Every second Saturday at 8.30am

A dynamic and fast paced flowing vinyasa for cardiovascular exercise, strength and flexibility. Suitable for general and regular yogi's.

Slow Flow: Every alternate Saturday at 8.30am

A slow flowing vinyasa combining sequenced and static postures with breath for stamina, strength and balance or those just wanting to reconnect. Suitable for general and regular yogi's.

Slow Flow / Basics Combo: Every Saturday at 10.00am

Perfect for new starters or those with a regular practice wanting to refresh their alignment skills and enjoy a softer flow. We want to make sure you set the best foundation for your yoga journey. This class provides a focus on basics of yoga, poses alignment techniques and sequencing.

Prime Active 50+: Private bookings available

Group classess for the 50 years + crowd. A combination of gentle movement working on flexibility, balance and strength.

Class Information:

  • Bookings essential.  All classes weather dependant.
  • Bring your own mat. only limited mats available for hire for a gold coin donation.
  • Please advise your teacher prior to class of any health concerns or injuries. If you have a medical condition or are taking medication you should consult your medical practitioner to get their clearance first before attending a class.
  • What happens if it rains? Classes will be cancelled and you will be notified.
